Take photos of all your rooms that need clearing, this includes any sheds or Garages.

Step 2

Fill out our online form below and provide all your details, then attach your photos (This will help us determine the clearance) once this is done - Submit the Form

Step 3

We will usually respond within 48 hours to book a date to view your home, this is in order for us to determine a more precise quote. We will then send you a final quote and If you are happy with this, and would like to go ahead, we will then book your Clearance Day.

Sorting Your Belongings

Keep: Items you want to take with you or store elsewhere
Donate: Furniture, clothing, and household goods in good condition that could benefit others
Clear: Everything else that needs removing

Prepare Access to the Property

Ensure clear pathways from each room to the front door or main exit
Unlock all rooms, sheds, and garages that need clearing
Check parking availability. Is there space for a van close to the property?
Communal areas, stairs, hallways and lifts need to be clear
Notify neighbours if the clearance might temporarily block shared access

What to Do on Clearance Day

Remove anything you're keeping before the team arrives
Point out any items for donation separately
Have keys ready for all locked areas
Take Photos of all Rooms and access
Take a final walk-through once the clearance is complete to check everything's been covered

What we don't clear:

Asbestos-containing materials. These need licensed asbestos removal
Certain chemicals and hazardous substances. Paints, solvents, and pesticides.
Gas cylinders and fire extinguishers
White Goods that havent be cleared of liquids and/or been detached from electrical points.
Clinical or medical waste
