What Food Do you have?
We have all kinds of Food, such as tinned food, Pasta, veg, rice, tea, soup, baby food, we also supply Basic toiletries, such as, hand wash, Deodorant, toothpaste, sanitary products, nappies and , shampoo. (Please be advised, our stock changes by the day)
Most of our Food is bought by us from a National Food Distributor, we also have Fresh Food donated to us from other National Companies, such as Marks and Spencer, Tesco's, Morrisons, Greggs and KFC.
Do I need to Pay?
No, however we do ask for a £2 minimal Donation when you collect your food parcel, this is solely to cover our running costs.
We are a Charity Food Bank and would never refuse a person Food, however we do reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for swearing, aggressive behaviour, Sexual harassment, intoxication, Drug Abuse, threats to the safety of staff or customers, and non-compliance with our policy.
I would like to Join, what do I need to Do?
Before you collect any Food, you must Register to our Food Bank, our Online Form, is situated at the bottom of this page. Once you have Registered, you can then collect a Food parcel, once every Two Weeks (OAPs can collect every week).
We realise, some people may not have access to the internet, if this is the case, please come to our Reception Area, and Register in Person.
I have registered, when can I come to collect Food?
You will need to choose a day/time that relates to you, to collect your food Parcel.

When you enter Jacobs Well, walk past the first white door on the left, and it is the next door on the left.
Please be aware on certain days, it can be busier than others, so you may need to Que.
Food Bank - History
Our food bank has changed over the Years.
We had a humble food bank, but as times changed...we also had to change.
Demand got larger
So we had to change alot of things.....and we did
So we rebuilt the food bank, and right in the middle of a pandemic
and finished in time for the new opening
Ten times bigger than before
And we called it - The Store Cupboard
