Yes a referral is required. An agency like the Citizens Advice Bureau, Health care professional or community organization can help you with this. Our online referral Form is available on this page.
Can i self refer myself?
Yes you can refer yourself in an emergency.
What happens once I have referred?
You will be given a unique ID Number, which you will need to bring to the Food Bank.
How many times can I collect a Food Parcel?
You may then collect 1 parcel of food 3 times over 12 months
