Step 1
Take photos of all the items you wish to donate, then go to our Online Form.
Step 2
Fill out the form and provide details of all of your items, then attach your photos, once this is done - Submit the Form
Step 3
Before we accept your Items, we have to be sure they are in reasonable condition for us to sell it. Unfortunately we do refuse items if any of the following are showing
- Broken / Not in working order
- Blemishes, Stains or Tears present
- Not structurally sound
- Fire safety label missing on Upholstered furniture
- Electrical items not disconnected
- Manufacturers plug not present
Once we have reviewed your item/s, and have deemed them suitable, we will contact you to arrange a collection date.
Step 4
Collection Day
Please make sure any item/s you are donating, such as wardrobes or dressers are emptied.
Please Note:
- This is a free service and occasionally we may have to reschedule collections at the last minute due to charity and business commitments.
- At the point of collection, the driver can refuse your item/s if they deem your item isn't suitable for the charity, even if our administration Team has accepted them.
